Airplanes, Baseball, Smiles and Water fun

This was Zachary and I watching the water hose escapade that was happening in the video below. Nathaniel surprised Pete (who just came home and was in his work clothes) by spraying him with the hose. So, he CAN work the sprayer. Gotta be on your toes now. It was hilarious from my seat.
Meredith and Charlie flew to Independence for some breakfast and a fun day. Nathaniel (and Pete and I) thought it was so cool to watch them land and check out the plane they flew.

Nathaniel got to sit in the airplane and mess with all the controls with Charlie. He is still talking about that and every time we see an airplane landing (the landing pattern is right over our house) he says whether or not it is Meredith and Charlie's airplane.

We've gone to a few Salem-Keizer Volanoes baseball games but at this one, Nathaniel got a foul ball given to him from one of the Aquasox players. How cool!

Fun in Pacific City

We spent last weekend at a beach house in Pacific City, OR with some friends. Had pretty good weather and Cole and Nathaniel had lots of fun amongst some toddler tears.
And bonus...it was garbage day while we were there.

Best buds.

The Fortress of the day.

Katie's turn to read, "Mater's Tall Tales". Between the 4 adults it got read to them both about a hundred times.

Nathaniel with his personal sand castle builder who made a couple days on the beach into the most fun ever.
