To the Zoo!

We went to the Oregon Zoo yesterday and luckily it didn't rain! We didn't tell Nathaniel we were going to the zoo, we just said we were going to Portland to the store. About a mile before the exit for the zoo, he says, "This is the way to the zoo." And then he started smiling. Very cute and I think it saved all that excitement for at the zoo instead of the entire time leading up to getting there. Nathaniel just ran around the whole time yelling, "Let's see more animals!". This was the first time Zachary was awake for the entire time at the zoo and had a good time riding around in the stroller. Thanks, Chris and Laura...we've all had a lot of fun going to the zoo.

There were 3 black bears being very active at the zoo. Most we've seen there.

Reach for the Sky

We've been super busy lately so no time to download pictures. Here are some recent ones of the boys. Zachary is cruising the furniture and starting to stand without holding on. He is getting his one year molars now which we finally figured out (I hope) was the reason he's been crying half the night EVERY night for the past month. It's been rough on everyone. We've also added the factor of potty training Nate at night...no more pullups at night. Odds so far aren't in our favor but trending well. Only been a week and a half.
