Happy 2nd Birthday, Zachary! What a wonderful day he had today. It started out with pancakes and drinking applesauce out of a measuring cup (from helping with the pancakes). He got to stay home with Dad and Nate playing and opening a couple presents. It continued with dinner and Hippo cake for dessert. He was very excited for it to be "Zachary's birthday", to be 2 and all the attention it brought. He was very good and shared his new toys with an extremely impatient Nathaniel but quick to say My Toys. He's been hauling around all his little stuffed animals (about 6-8) all together and he must hold them all. He is very caring and tucks them under his belly at night to go to bed. It's a struggle to get them all under him but he continuously tries. What a sweet, funny boy he is.
Dinosaur train guys and book from Nate.
Hydroplane and fishing pole and fish from Uncle Matt.
Bugs!! and a bubble blaster from Uncle Chris, Aunt Laura, Anna and Lily Mae. He is making the ladybug kiss the rock in the above picture.
He just kept helping himself to the whole cake. Scarfed it up.
Not so sure about the Mr. Potato Head at first but really got into it as we showed him what to do with it.
Still have presents to open and cake to eat tomorrow as Mom didn't get home from work early enough! Let the fun continue.
