Clare at 2 years old

Clare had her 2 year old appt today. she is 29.5 lbs and 34.5 inches tall. Zachary was a good role model and showed her just what to do during the appt.  Including laying down next to her during her shots.  He told me over the phone "Clare got shot at the doctor".  He is excited to get his shots soon only because that means he gets to go to kindergarten.  he has been polling others to find out if the shots hurt.

she talks a lot at home, loves to sing songs especially take me out to the ballgame, if you are happy and you know it, the wheels on the bus, etc.  She loves her babydolls and finds them every morning like clockwork. She'll laugh and say, "Funny" to funny things, say "oh, goodness" when she drops something, "shoot" if something spills. She has many phrases and sentences, still many we can't understand but that become clearer and clearer every day. She has gotten very excited about baseball and playing baseball lately especially with Nathaniel playing right now.  she got her very own bat and ball for her birthday from Pete's folks and loves toting that to Nate's practices and games and even gets some hits.
